The CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ is significantly expanding its global reach, proudly welcoming Romania as the 30th National Federation to join this impactful initiative. This vital partnership aims to ignite passion for volleyball in a new generation of players and represents a natural progression of Romania`s existing involvement in the EU-funded `Play Volleyball – Grow with it 2.0 (PVGW2.0)` program.
Commencing with the 2025/2026 school year, the Romanian Volleyball Federation is set to fully leverage the project`s comprehensive educational resources. Their goal is to vigorously promote volleyball within schools across the nation. This strategic effort includes extensive training for physical education teachers and coaches, ensuring that young people not only discover and enjoy volleyball during their school hours but are also seamlessly encouraged to transition into local community volleyball clubs, fostering long-term engagement with the sport.
The CEV School Project continues to build substantial momentum, demonstrating its growing influence and success. A recent highlight involved an online meeting hosted by the CEV Technical and Development Department, bringing together School Project Managers from all partner National Federations. This collaborative gathering underscores the robust, ongoing cooperation and collective commitment to the project`s mission of nurturing volleyball talent at the grassroots level.
El Proyecto Escolar CEV `Juega Voleibol – Crece con él` está expandiendo significativamente su alcance global, dando la bienvenida a Rumanía como la trigésima Federación Nacional en unirse a esta influyente iniciativa. Esta asociación vital tiene como objetivo encender la pasión por el voleibol en una nueva generación de jugadores y representa una progresión natural de la participación existente de Rumanía en el programa `Juega Voleibol – Crece con él 2.0 (PVGW2.0)`, financiado por la UE.
A partir del año escolar 2025/2026, la Federación Rumana de Voleibol se prepara para aprovechar al máximo los completos recursos educativos del proyecto. Su objetivo es promover vigorosamente el voleibol en las escuelas de todo el país. Este esfuerzo estratégico incluye una formación exhaustiva para profesores de educación física y entrenadores, asegurando que los jóvenes no solo descubran y disfruten del voleibol durante sus horas de clase, sino que también sean animados a unirse a clubes de voleibol locales, fomentando un compromiso a largo plazo con el deporte.
El Proyecto Escolar CEV sigue cobrando un impulso considerable, demostrando su creciente influencia y éxito. Un evento destacado reciente fue una reunión en línea organizada por el Departamento Técnico y de Desarrollo de la CEV, que reunió a los Gerentes de Proyectos Escolares de todas las Federaciones Nacionales asociadas. Esta reunión colaborativa subraya la sólida y continua cooperación y el compromiso colectivo con la misión del proyecto de nutrir el talento del voleibol desde la base.
